Performance Administrator Overview
Employees use the Deltek Talent Management Performance module for tasks related to appraisals, continuous feedback sessions, goals, employee recognition, and 360 assessments.
The Performance Administrator is responsible for configuring this module to suit your organization's requirements.

The Performance Administration menu contains administrative functions dealing with performance. This includes employee performance appraisals, 360 assessments, employee recognition, continuous feedback sessions, and goal-setting options. - Reassign an Appraisal Screen
Administrators can reassign appraisals in bulk from Appraisal Administration. Managers can reassign a direct report’s appraisal to another manager if they feel that someone else is better suited to rate the employee from My Employees. The Employee Recognition section contains a link for administrators to access the Badge Management screen. - 360s Section
The 360s Section contains administrative functions that allow you to configure several sections of the 360 assessment process, and to manage and launch 360 assessments individually or in bulk. - Goals Section
The Goals Section contains the Goals screen, where you can create and manage goals used within an appraisal.
